From Didim
The daily Didim Altinkum boat tour is the easiest way to see the coastline around Altinkum from the water, with a relaxed day tour that combines island scenery, clear bays and plenty of time to swim. This daily excursion leaves from Altinkum Harbour, so your day on the Aegean begins only minutes from the town's best-known beach, and hotel transfers from Didim are part of the arrangement.
Altinkum, whose name means golden sand, is the seaside quarter of Didim and the heart of its holiday life. Seen from the deck, the long sandy beach gives way to rocky headlands, small islands and quiet coves that are hard to reach by land. The route links five bays, each with its own colour of water and shoreline, and the captain stops several times so you can dive straight off the boat. The Yesilkent Gulf, where the boat anchors for the lunch break, is a green and protected inlet that makes a peaceful setting for a meal on the water.
As a Didim day trip it suits families, couples and anyone who simply wants a slow day at sea rather than a sightseeing marathon. Between the swimming stops the crew keeps the mood light with short animation shows. Bring swimwear, a towel, sun cream and a hat; the deck can be sunny for long stretches. Our English-speaking guide accompanies the group from Didim, and the boat is back in Altinkum Harbour in the late afternoon, after which you are taken back to your hotel. It is a simple, refreshing way to enjoy the coast on a daily tour from Didim.

Altinkum Boat Trip Programme Your guide meets you in the lobby of your hotel in Didim in the morning and accompanies you to Altinkum Harbour, where the boat is moored opposite the Didim Municipality building. Departure is between 10:00 and 10:30, and once everyone is aboard the boat heads out along Altinkum beach towards the open coast. Over the course of the day the route takes in two islands and five separate bays, giving you a close look at the unspoiled shoreline that frames the town. The captain drops anchor several times so you can swim or simply float in the clear water. Around midday the boat settles in the Yesilkent Gulf, a calm and green inlet, where the group stops for the lunch break. Between the swimming breaks the crew runs light animation shows on deck to keep the atmosphere cheerful. In the afternoon the boat turns back, arriving at Altinkum Harbour at roughly 16:00 to 16:40, and from the harbour you are transferred back to your hotel in Didim.

My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
