Full-Day Cappadocia Mix Tour (L)Your guide collects you from your hotel in the Cappadocia region in the morning. The first stop is the Uchisar Castle viewpoint and Pigeon Valley, where dovecotes are carved into the cliffs, for panoramic photos. You then visit the Goreme Open Air Museum, walking between rock-cut churches and chapels decorated with frescoes from the 10th to 12th centuries. Next comes a short stop in the cave village of Cavusin before lunch at a local restaurant in Avanos, followed by a visit to a family pottery workshop that continues a craft dating back to the Hittites. In the afternoon the tour heads south to Kaymakli Underground City, exploring several of its levels with your guide. On the way back you stop at Devrent (Imagination) Valley and the Three Beauties fairy chimneys above Urgup, then return to your hotel in the early evening.
