These Booking Terms & Conditions govern the tours, hotels, transfers and other services you book with Inca Tour Turkey, a TURSAB-licensed travel agency in Istanbul (licence A-5751). By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation and/or voucher from us. It is your responsibility to check that all details on your confirmation — names, dates, services and prices — are correct and to let us know immediately if anything needs changing.
Prices are quoted per the offer we send you and in the stated currency. Depending on the service, we may require a deposit to confirm your booking and the balance before travel, or full payment in advance. Any bank transfer or card processing fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
Once your booking is confirmed and paid as agreed, we send you an electronic voucher containing your booking reference and service details. Please present it to the relevant supplier (guide, hotel or driver) when requested.
If you wish to change a confirmed booking — for example dates or the number of travellers — please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Some changes may incur additional charges from us or our suppliers.
Cancellation terms depend on the specific tour, hotel or supplier and are stated on your offer or confirmation. Many services have a free cancellation window followed by a non-refundable period. When a refund is due, it is processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time, less any non-refundable supplier costs and bank fees.
Occasionally we may need to change or cancel a service due to circumstances such as weather, safety, operational reasons or insufficient participation. In such cases we will offer you a suitable alternative or a full refund of the affected service.
Please review the description and suitability of each tour before booking, including any age or fitness requirements. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
If a problem arises during your trip, please raise it immediately with your guide or the supplier so we have the chance to resolve it on the spot. If it cannot be resolved, please contact us within a reasonable time after your tour so we can look into it.
We act as an organiser and intermediary between you and the suppliers who deliver the services. We take reasonable care in arranging your trip, while the suppliers remain responsible for the services they provide. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
