After check-in, the rest of the day belongs to you: rest after the flight, take a first stroll along Istiklal Avenue, or find a rooftop with a view over the Golden Horn. Before the race days start, we pass on everything you need for the circuit runs, including pick-up times, meeting points and the arrangements for the journey back to the hotel each evening. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then set off for Istanbul Park on the Asian side of the city. Departure times are planned around the official event timetable, with extra time built in for traffic and security checks at the gates. With the admission ticket you have bought separately, watch the Friday track sessions and soak up the opening-day buzz as teams fine-tune their cars. Which grandstands, fan zones and activities you can access depends on your ticket type and the organiser's schedule. At the arranged time, your driver meets you for the ride back to the hotel. Prefer culture to cars today? Book in advance a guided city tour instead of the circuit visit, at an extra charge: admire the Blue Mosque, walk through the Hippodrome with its ancient monuments from the Byzantine era, visit Hagia Sophia (entry subject to current ticketing and access rules) and finish among the spices, tea and Turkish delight of the Spice Bazaar before returning to the hotel. After breakfast, your transfer takes you back to Istanbul Park for Saturday's programme. This is the day the grid takes shape: feel the tension rise as drivers push for every hundredth of a second to secure the best starting position for Sunday. Any extra practice runs or support races follow the schedule published by the organiser, so there is plenty of on-track action to fill the day. Circuit admission is not part of the package, but the return transfer is. Once the sessions are over, meet your driver at the designated pick-up point for the trip back to your hotel. Today is the highlight of the whole trip. After an early breakfast, head to Istanbul Park and enter the venue with your separately purchased race-day ticket. Find your seat or viewing spot, take in the pre-race build-up and the grid ceremonies, then follow every overtake, pit stop and strategy call as the Turkish Grand Prix unfolds on one of the most challenging circuits in the sport. When the chequered flag falls, your driver waits at the agreed collection point to take you back to the hotel. Please be patient, as heavy post-race traffic can make this journey longer than usual. Spend your last evening in Istanbul as you like, perhaps celebrating the weekend over dinner with views of the Bosphorus. Overnight in Istanbul.

Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your flight time and the hotel's check-out rules, you may have a few hours left for last-minute shopping or a short walk around Pera. At the agreed time, our driver collects you from the hotel and takes you to Istanbul Airport (IST) for your flight home. If you would like to stay longer, extra hotel nights and further sightseeing can be arranged on request.
