Beykoz Paintball Programme Your day begins with a pick-up from your hotel and a comfortable drive in an air-conditioned vehicle to the paintball arena in Beykoz, set among trees on the Asian side of Istanbul. On arrival your group chooses one of the available game scenarios: Village Raid, The Great Escape, Extraction Zone or Zombies. The staff then hand out the protective gear, markers and paintballs and explain how the equipment works, the safety rules and the aim of the chosen game. Teams are formed and the action starts, with four rounds of 12 minutes each played across the 10,000-square-metre field, using its buildings, cannon batteries and ship structures for cover. Between rounds you rest in the calm of the forest, talk tactics and come back with fresh energy for the next attack or defence. A referee follows the play and keeps score, and whichever side collects more points over the four rounds takes the victory. The whole session, including about 45 minutes of preparation, takes up to 90 minutes. Afterwards you are driven back to your hotel with plenty of stories to share.
