My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
This daily Fethiye tour from Dalyan links three of the best-loved corners of the Lycian coast in a single, easy-going day: the busy harbour town of Fethiye, the abandoned stone village of Kayakoy and the turquoise lagoon of Oludeniz. It is a relaxed day tour with an English-speaking guide, hotel pickup in Dalyan and lunch included, ideal for travellers who want to see more of the region without changing hotels.
Fethiye sits on a sheltered bay at the foot of the Taurus Mountains and has grown into a lively resort, with most of its hotels, cafes and restaurants gathered around the marina. The town is also known for its weekly Tuesday market, a colourful place for textiles, spices, dried fruit and souvenirs. Above the town lies Kayakoy, known in Greek times as Levissi: a hillside of roofless stone houses and chapels left empty after the population exchange between Greece and Turkey in the 1920s. Today it is an open-air memorial and one of the most atmospheric sights in southwest Turkey.
The finale of this daily excursion is Oludeniz, whose name means Dead Sea in Turkish because its lagoon is so calm. Framed by pine-covered hills and a long pebble spit, the Blue Lagoon is among the most photographed views in the country, and a short swim here rounds off the Oludeniz day trip perfectly. Bring swimwear, a towel, sun cream and some cash for the market; entrance fees for the places in the programme are covered.

Fethiye, Kayakoy & Oludeniz Programme Your day begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Dalyan. The road to Fethiye climbs through wooded mountain scenery, so the journey itself is part of the experience. On arrival in Fethiye you are taken to the market area, where there is time to browse the stalls and pick up Turkish products, textiles or souvenirs at your own pace. From the town the tour continues uphill towards Kayakoy, and lunch is served at a popular restaurant near the old village. While you eat, your guide explains the history of this abandoned Greek settlement and why its stone houses have stood empty for a century. In the afternoon you drive down to Oludeniz and its famous Blue Lagoon, where a short break gives you the chance to swim in the calm, clear water or simply enjoy the view from the shore. After this last stop you are driven back to your hotel in the early evening.

My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
