My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
Our daily Perge, Aspendos and Side tour from Belek is made for travellers who love archaeology and history: in a single guided day you walk through the Roman streets of Perge, stand inside the superbly preserved theatre of Aspendos and finish among the seaside temples of Side. This daily excursion links three of the most important cities of ancient Pamphylia, all within easy reach of your hotel.
Perge was a Greek foundation that grew into a wealthy Roman city and later served as the capital of the province of Pamphylia Secunda. Its long main street, once lined with columns and shops, still shows a water channel running down its centre, and the massive Hellenistic gate towers, stadium and bath complex give a real sense of its scale. Aspendos, near the Kopru River, is famous for its theatre built in the 2nd century AD: its stage building and seating survive almost complete, and its acoustics are so good that performances are still staged there today.
Side combines a lively resort with an ancient harbour town. Walls, a large theatre, an agora and the columns of the Temple of Apollo stand among the modern streets, with the Mediterranean on three sides. As a Side day trip this programme also leaves time for a stroll and some shopping before heading back. This daily tour includes an English-speaking guide, transport and the entrance fees named in the itinerary; lunch is taken at your own expense during the midday break. Comfortable shoes, a hat and water are recommended, as the sites are open and sunny.

Perge, Aspendos & Side Programme After being collected from your hotel in Belek, you travel by air-conditioned coach to Perge, once the leading city of the Pamphylia region. Your guide leads you through the monumental city gate, along the colonnaded main street and past the baths and agora, explaining how this Greek settlement became a prosperous Roman provincial capital. After a short break, the coach continues to Aspendos, where you visit the celebrated Roman theatre and hear about its remarkable state of preservation and acoustics. A break for lunch follows, which is paid individually. In the afternoon the tour moves on to Side, where you explore the ancient city set beside the sea, including its theatre and the remains of its temples and harbour area. You then have about thirty minutes of free time to wander the shops of Side before the coach departs and brings you back to your hotel in Belek at the end of the day.

My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
