My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
This Cappadocia vineyards and wine tasting tour introduces you to one of Anatolia's oldest winemaking regions, where vines have grown in the volcanic soil since the days of the Hittites. Over a relaxed morning you meet local growers among the vines, then continue to a large regional winery to taste wines made from Cappadocian grapes. Hotel pick-up and return are part of this easy-paced day tour from Cappadocia.
Cappadocia's mineral-rich volcanic soil, hot days and cool nights create conditions that suit grapes remarkably well, and winemaking here stretches back thousands of years. In the vineyard, the farmers share how they cultivate their vines and what makes the local grapes distinctive, offering an authentic glimpse of rural life that most visitors never see. The second stop, Turasan, is the region's biggest wine producer; there you learn how the grapes are turned into wine before sampling several labels alongside light appetisers.
This daily excursion suits food and wine lovers, couples and anyone looking for a gentle alternative to the classic valley tours. Pick-up takes place between 09:30 and 10:00, so there is no early start, and the tour returns you to your hotel with the afternoon still free. Lunch is not included, which leaves you free to choose a restaurant afterwards. If you are planning a Cappadocia day trip with a different flavour, this daily tour departing from Cappadocia pairs beautifully with a hike or balloon ride on another day.

Cappadocia Vineyards & Wine Tasting Programme Your driver collects you from your hotel between 09:30 and 10:00 and the tour sets off towards the countryside. The first visit is to local vineyards where some of the finest grapes in the region are grown. Here the farmers themselves walk you between the rows of vines, explain the characteristics of the grape varieties and talk about how the harvest is managed. There is time to take photographs and, if you like, to pick some grapes with your own hands, a small moment that many guests remember long after the trip. From the vineyards the group continues to the Turasan winery, the largest wine producer in the area. Your English-speaking guide and the winery staff describe how wine is made, from pressing to ageing, before you sit down to taste a range of local wines accompanied by appetisers. When the tasting is over, you are driven back to your hotel with the rest of the day at leisure.

My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
