Today is about Turkish daily life. You take part in a hands-on cooking class, learning to prepare a selection of classic Turkish dishes before sitting down to enjoy the lunch you have made. This morning you experience a traditional Turkish bath, or hamam — the centuries-old ritual of warm marble, steam, an invigorating scrub and a foam wash that leaves you thoroughly relaxed.
