Gümbet's public beach is within walking distance of the residence.

The property is built in a contemporary style with natural stone facades, wide glass balconies and landscaped garden paths. Its centrepiece is the outdoor swimming pool lined with sun loungers, and an upper sun terrace with parasols looks out over the rooftops of Gümbet towards the bay.
