Mirada Exclusive Bodrum is a beachfront resort on the western side of Gümbet Bay, built in terraces down a green hillside so that most of the property looks out over the water towards Bodrum. The resort sits on its own shoreline on Turkuaz Sokak, about 3 km from Bodrum Marina and 3.4 km from Bodrum Castle, so the town's harbour, old bazaar and nightlife are a short taxi ride away. Milas-Bodrum Airport is approximately 35 km from the hotel.

The beach is the heart of the resort: a long wooden deck lined with sunloungers and umbrellas, a gently sloping sandy entry into the sea and a pontoon for deep-water swimming, with snorkelling right off the shore. Above the beach, a large outdoor pool is surrounded by landscaped gardens and palm trees, while a spa area with its own indoor pool offers a quieter alternative.
