Cemuhan Hotel & Apart is a small, family-style hotel and apartment property in Gümbet, the popular beach resort just west of Bodrum town. It stands on Erguvan Street, a quiet residential lane lined with guesthouses and small hotels, within walking distance of Gümbet's sandy bay, its seafront promenade and the cafés, bars and shops that make the area one of the liveliest corners of the Bodrum Peninsula.

The building is a typical Bodrum design: cut-stone walls on the ground floor, whitewashed upper floors with blue-framed arched windows and balconies, and a row of flags over the entrance. On the upper level a sunny pool terrace with loungers and parasols looks over the surrounding rooftops, giving guests a place to swim and relax between beach days. Indoors there is a cosy lounge corner by the reception and a bright restaurant hall with table service, where meals are served.

Bodrum town is also within easy reach: Bodrum Marina is about 1.5 km away and Bodrum Castle and the bus station around 2 km, so the old town, the harbour and the evening waterfront can be reached in minutes by taxi or by the frequent local dolmuş minibuses that run along the main road.

Rooms are simply furnished with twin or double beds, air-conditioning units and large windows or balcony doors that let in plenty of light. Milas-Bodrum Airport is about 33 km from the hotel, around 40 minutes by car, so a pre-booked private airport transfer is the most comfortable way to arrive, especially on late-night or early-morning flights.
