Athena Premium Suites is a high-rise resort in Ayaş, on the coast of the Erdemli district in Mersin. The ruins of Elaiussa Sebaste are about 2.2 km away, Korykos Castle about 5 km and Kızkalesi (Maiden's Castle) about 6 km, while the Heaven and Hell sinkholes and the Narlıkuyu Mosaic Museum are about 9 km to the west.

Two tall white towers rise above green countryside close to the sea. The resort's pool area is extensive, with several outdoor pools, a large infinity-style pool, rows of sun loungers and a water park with colourful slides for children. The restaurant has red walls, wooden tables and large windows, and a poolside bar is set under thatched parasols.
