Royal Sebaste Hotel is a seaside hotel in the Merdivenlikuyu area of Ayaş, on the Mersin-Antalya coastal road in the Erdemli district. The hotel is about 3.4 km from the ruins of Elaiussa Sebaste, from which it takes its name, and roughly 6 to 7 km from Korykos Castle and Kızkalesi (Maiden's Castle). The Heaven and Hell sinkholes and the Narlıkuyu Mosaic Museum are about 10 km to the west.
