TekHan Kumkuyu is a boutique hotel in Tırtar, near the Kumkuyu coast in the Erdemli district of Mersin. The white building sits on a stone-walled hillside above the sea, about 8 km from the ruins of Elaiussa Sebaste and 10 km from Erdemli town centre. Korykos Castle and Kızkalesi (Maiden's Castle) are around 11 to 12 km to the west.

The hotel is built around open terraces with blue and white seating, lanterns and potted plants, with wide views of the coastline at sunset. The terrace restaurant and bar have rustic wooden tables, and the outdoor pool is framed by a wooden deck and sun loungers; the pool area is lit in the evening.

Rooms are bright and individually decorated, some with large wall murals, and include double or twin beds, air conditioning and bathrooms with a glass shower cabin.
