My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!

Daily Duzce Waterfalls Tour – Private Day Trip
Daily Duzce Waterfalls Tour – A Nature Escape from Duzce
Join our private daily excursion into the green heart of northwestern Turkey and discover why Duzce is famous for its waterfalls, rivers, hot springs, high plateaus and dense forests. This relaxed Duzce day trip begins with a hotel pick-up and takes you to three of the region's most beautiful cascades, all in one easy full-day programme with a professional English-speaking guide.
- Samandere Waterfall – officially protected as a natural monument, with water thundering through giant trees into a deep rocky basin.
- Cadi Kazani (Witch's Cauldron) – a dramatic deep pool along a 500-metre stream where foaming white water looks as if it is boiling.
- Monumental trees and three cascades – ancient, towering trees line the stream that feeds the falls.
- Aydinpinar Waterfall Nature Park – a peaceful forest park ideal for a gentle walk and photos.
- Guzeldere Waterfall – one of Duzce's most picturesque falls, surrounded by lush greenery.
The star of this day tour is Samandere Waterfall, which has been granted official natural monument status by Turkey's nature conservation authorities. Along the half-kilometre stream you will find three separate cascades and the famous Cadi Kazani, a deep rock-carved pool where the rushing water vanishes into a cave behind the falls before reappearing further downstream – a fascinating natural phenomenon.
Your daily tour continues to Aydinpinar Waterfall Nature Park, a protected recreational area where shaded paths lead through the forest to the falls, and then on to Guzeldere Waterfall, whose name means 'beautiful stream' – a fitting description of this scenic spot. Both locations offer fresh mountain air and wonderful photo opportunities.
Practical notes: this is a fully guided private tour with a relaxed physical level, suitable for all ages from 0 to 99. Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Duzce, air-conditioned non-smoking transport and all entrance fees mentioned in the itinerary are included. Lunch is not included, so you may wish to bring snacks or ask your guide for local restaurant suggestions. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Duzce Waterfalls Day Tour: Samandere, Aydinpinar & Guzeldere
Your guide and driver will collect you from your hotel in Duzce in the morning to begin your private waterfalls day tour. Duzce province is blessed with remarkable natural scenery – waterfalls, thermal springs, fertile plateaus, rivers and thick forests – and today you will experience the very best of it. The first stop is Samandere Waterfall, a cascade officially designated as a natural monument. Here, water rushes between enormous monumental trees and plunges into a deep rocky pool known as Cadi Kazani, the 'Witch's Cauldron', where the churning white foam gives the uncanny impression of boiling water. Along the 500-metre stream you will see three separate waterfalls and witness the curious way the water disappears into a cave carved into the rock behind the falls, only to resurface further ahead. The tour then continues to Aydinpinar Waterfall Nature Park, a tranquil protected area of woodland and falling water, perfect for an unhurried stroll. Finally, you will visit Guzeldere Waterfall, another of the region's scenic gems set amid rich vegetation. After enjoying the falls, you will be transferred comfortably back to your hotel in Duzce, where the tour ends.

What Our Travellers Say
Real, verified reviews from travellers who explored Turkey with us.
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
