Buggy Safari in the Taurus Mountains Your adventure begins with a comfortable pickup from your hotel in Antalya in an air-conditioned, non-smoking vehicle, followed by a scenic transfer into the foothills of the Taurus Mountains where the buggy safari base is located. On arrival you will meet the professional English-speaking guides, who will welcome you and give a clear, easy-to-follow introduction covering how to handle the buggy, what the route involves and the safety rules everyone must observe. Helmets and all required equipment are handed out and fitted before the engines start. Then the real fun begins: around 1.5 hours of off-road driving along dusty mountain roads, muddy tracks and winding forest trails shaded by pine trees. The route is designed to be enjoyable for complete beginners, so no previous driving experience is necessary – just follow your guide and enjoy the ride. Partway through, the convoy stops for short breaks where you can relax, breathe in the mountain air and take photographs of the beautiful natural surroundings. Once the circuit is complete, you return to the starting point, hand back your helmet and equipment, and board the transfer vehicle for the relaxing drive back to your hotel in Antalya, arriving with plenty of the day still free to enjoy the coast.
