A full day in the historic soul of Istanbul. You walk through Sultanahmet Square, once the Hippodrome of Constantinople, and visit the magnificent Hagia Sophia and the tile-adorned Blue Mosque. After lunch you explore the grand courtyards and treasury of Topkapı Palace, home of the Ottoman sultans, and browse the Grand Bazaar, a historic covered market of thousands of shops. Leave the city behind and sail across the Sea of Marmara to serene Büyükada, the largest of the Princes' Islands. With no cars on the island, you enjoy pine forests, elegant Victorian villas, sea views and relaxed seafront cafés before returning to Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.
