After a hotel pick-up around midday you board your private yacht at Kuruçeşme and set off along the Bosphorus Strait, enjoying panoramic views of Istanbul's skyline, the historic wooden yalıs and marble palaces that line the shores. Your first stop is the imposing Rumeli Fortress, built by Mehmed the Conqueror to command the strait, where you learn about its role in the history of Istanbul.

The cruise continues to Anadolu Kavağı, a charming fishing village on the Asian side near the mouth of the Black Sea, for a guided walk through its narrow streets. In the afternoon there is an optional swimming break at Poyrazköy on the Black Sea coast, with time to explore on foot, while your guide shares the stories of the waterfront villas and landmarks along the way. The yacht then returns down the Bosphorus and you are transferred back to your hotel, completing a memorable day of scenery, history and relaxation.
