Sinem Hotel is a family-run pool hotel on 189th Street, just off Kemal Elgin Boulevard, in the residential heart of the Marmaris beach area. A supermarket sits on the corner, the main road with its shops, bars and restaurants is a couple of minutes' walk away, and the sandy beach can be reached in a few more minutes on foot. Marmaris Castle and the old town are about 1.9 km away and Netsel Marmaris Marina around 2.4 km, an easy walk along the seafront promenade.

The hotel's yellow building surrounds a long outdoor swimming pool with lane markings, a green poolside deck and plenty of white sun loungers and parasols, all set in a leafy garden. A poolside bar, a shaded restaurant terrace under a wooden pergola, a shared TV lounge, billiards and table tennis give guests plenty to do between beach days. Free public parking is available nearby, currency exchange is offered at reception and WiFi is available.
