Sezin Apart is a bright, white-washed apartment hotel on a quiet residential street (91. Sokak) in central Marmaris. The neighbourhood sits a few blocks back from the seafront, giving guests a calmer setting while keeping the town within walking distance: Marmaris Castle and the old town are about 0.9 km away and Netsel Marmaris Marina roughly 1.1 km, with shops, cafés, supermarkets and the beach promenade all close by.

The heart of the property is its outdoor swimming pool, decorated with the Sezin name in mosaic tiles, together with a separate round children's pool and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. The building rises above the pool on several floors of balconies, and a small, welcoming reception area greets guests at the entrance.
