Saga Apart is a family-run apart hotel on Cumhuriyet Boulevard in the Siteler area of Marmaris, on the coastal stretch between Marmaris town centre and İçmeler on the Muğla coast. The sea lies only around 150 metres away, and the nearest beach is an easy walk of a few minutes. Marmaris Castle and the old town are about 4 km away, and Netsel Marmaris Marina is roughly 4.5 km, while a dolmuş (minibus) stop right in front of the building connects guests with both Marmaris centre and İçmeler until late at night.

The heart of the property is its outdoor swimming pool with a separate kids' pool, surrounded by a sun deck with loungers. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, there is a 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security, and street parking is available nearby. The quiet setting away from the busiest streets, combined with shops and restaurants close by, gives the property a calm, residential atmosphere.
