Pasahan Apart is a family-friendly apartment complex just off Cumhuriyet Boulevard in the Siteler area of Marmaris, on the busy coastal strip between the town centre and İçmeler. The beach is only a couple of minutes away on foot, directly across the main road, and the surrounding streets are lined with local shops, cafés and restaurants. Marmaris Castle and the old town are about 3 km away and Netsel Marmaris Marina roughly 3.5 km, while frequent dolmuş (minibus) stops close to the property make trips into Marmaris or İçmeler quick and inexpensive.

Inside the complex, a sheltered courtyard surrounds the swimming pools: a main outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a separate children's pool and a water slide for younger guests. A poolside bar and lounge area with shaded tables and an on-site restaurant serving a varied menu mean you can spend whole days by the water without leaving the property.
