Palmiye Hotel

ℹ️ About Palmiye Hotel

Palmiye Hotel is a modern city hotel in the Değirmiçem neighbourhood of Şehitkamil, central Gaziantep. The building is easy to spot thanks to its illuminated palm-tree logo above a covered entrance, and it stands just a few hundred metres from the Zeugma Mosaic Museum, home to one of the world’s largest collections of Roman mosaics. Gaziantep Castle, the Coppersmiths’ Bazaar and the restored stone mansions of the old town are about 1 km away.

Inside, a spacious lobby with chandeliers, mirrored panels and leather sofas leads to the reception desk and several seating areas, and carpeted corridors lead to the guest rooms. The hotel restaurant serves an open buffet in a bright dining hall.

The central location makes Palmiye Hotel a practical choice for business travellers as well as for visitors who have come to Gaziantep for its history and its famous cuisine. Baklava, kebabs and the rich local breakfast are among the city’s best-known specialities, and Gaziantep is listed by UNESCO as a Creative City of Gastronomy. The ancient city of Zeugma on the Euphrates, where many of the museum’s mosaics were found, is about 50 km away.

Gaziantep Oğuzeli Airport is about 16 km from the hotel and Kahramanmaraş Airport about 64 km away. Inca Tour Turkey can arrange a private airport transfer for your arrival and departure.
