The town beach and the seafront promenade are only a few minutes away on foot, while local markets, cafés and shops are just around the corner. Marmaris Castle is about 1 km from the property and Netsel Marmaris Marina roughly 1.4 km away, so the old town, the harbour and the lively bars and restaurants of Marmaris are all within an easy walk.

The building is set around a sunny courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers and a paved terrace. A shaded terrace with tables and chairs is used as the breakfast area, and guests regularly highlight the fresh Turkish breakfast served each morning.
