Mert Homes Marmaris is a small boutique guesthouse on 36 Sokak in the Tepe neighbourhood, the historic quarter rising behind the harbour in the centre of Marmaris. Marmaris Castle is about 200 metres away and Netsel Marmaris Marina roughly 400 metres, so the waterfront, the Grand Bazaar, Bar Street and the restaurants of the old town are all a short walk away.

The narrow white building stands out with its blue columns, wrought-iron balconies and flower boxes, lit up in the evening above the entrance sign. Upper floors enjoy open views over the rooftops towards the bay and the marina, and the balconies come with a table and chairs for enjoying the scenery in the morning or at sunset.
