Dinc Pension is a family-run seafront guesthouse in the Kumbahçe district of Bodrum, set right on the promenade of the eastern bay. Its location is one of its strongest points: Bodrum Castle is only about 0.7 km away, Bodrum bus station around 1 km and Bodrum Marina about 1.5 km, while the cafés, shops and the famous Bar Street of the old town begin practically at the door.

The pension is well known for its beachfront restaurant. By day the waterfront terrace and the small beach in front of the building are set with sun loungers and parasols, and in the evening the same spot turns into a candle-lit dining area with tables by the sea and views across the bay to the illuminated castle. Free breakfast is included, and guests can enjoy fresh dishes, drinks and cocktails at the restaurant and bar throughout the day.

Rooms are simple and comfortable, with air conditioning, and some of them have balconies overlooking the sea and the castle. Free high-speed WiFi is available, and the property also offers bicycle rental, children's TV channels and family-friendly activities, which makes it a practical choice for families, couples and friends who want an affordable, central base in Bodrum with the beach on their doorstep. Milas-Bodrum Airport is about 32 km from Dinc Pension, around a 35-40 minute drive, and airport transportation can be arranged.
