Defne Pansiyon, also known as Defne (Daphne) Boutique Hotel, is a peaceful country guesthouse in Çamlı village, set about 3 km along the road towards Sedir Island (Cleopatra Island) on the Gökova side of the Marmaris peninsula. Surrounded by pine-covered hills, the hotel is a world away from the busy resort, yet the centre of Marmaris, Marmaris Castle and Netsel Marmaris Marina are only around 14 km away by car.

Welcoming guests since 2009, the property keeps the character of a traditional Aegean village pension. It consists of two separate villas built in the classic Muğla architectural style, with timber balconies and tiled roofs, standing in a 2,000-square-metre fruit garden filled with orange, lemon and pomegranate trees. At the centre of the garden is a large outdoor swimming pool decorated with a mosaic dolphin, surrounded by lawns, sun loungers and shady trees, plus hammocks and a cushioned lounge corner for relaxing.

Breakfast is served at tables set out on the grass in the garden, and the restaurant also prepares home-style dinners, with fresh fish a guest favourite, while the bar serves drinks by the pool.
