Club Exelsior Annex is the apartment wing of the Club Exelsior complex, located on a quiet street in the Hatipirimi neighbourhood of central Marmaris. It stands across the road from the main Club Exelsior hotel and is only a short walk from the main strip, the seafront promenade and the town beach. Marmaris Castle and the old town are about 2 km away, and Netsel Marmaris Marina is around 2 km from the annex.

The annex has its own small outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, a calm and sunny spot for guests who prefer peace and quiet. At the same time, annex guests can make use of the larger pools, restaurant and lively evening entertainment of the neighbouring Club Exelsior and Club Junior. On site there is a bar and lounge, a fitness room, a games room with billiards, and children's TV channels, books and music. Street parking is available nearby.
