Antique Theatre Hotel is a small, intimate hotel on Kıbrıs Şehitleri Street, set on the hillside above Bodrum right next to the ancient Greek amphitheatre that gives it its name. From its terraced gardens the hotel enjoys sweeping views over Bodrum Bay, the marina and Bodrum Castle. Despite the panoramic hilltop setting it is close to everything: Bodrum Marina is about 0.5 km away, the bus station around 0.6 km and the castle roughly 1.1 km, and a short downhill walk leads to the harbour, its restaurants and the boat trips that leave daily from the waterfront.

The hotel's signature feature is its outdoor swimming pool with a wide view over the bay, surrounded by sun loungers, oleander and bougainvillea.
