Alancha Otel is a boutique hotel in a restored stone mansion on Barbaros Caddesi in the historic centre of Ayvalık. The three-storey building has arched stone door frames, wooden shutters and wrought-iron window boxes, with café tables set out on the street in front.

Inside, the historic character has been preserved. A stone courtyard with a wooden staircase and café tables leads to a dining room with a timber ceiling, stone walls and arched windows, where breakfast is served.

Rooms feature wooden ceilings, floral bedspreads, double beds, dressing tables and wooden-framed windows, and some open onto small balconies with views over the rooftops of the old town. Bathrooms are decorated with patterned cement tiles.
