From the vibrant town of Kaş you warm up on the Sleeping Giant ridge above Çukurbağ and visit the ancient Antiphellos Theatre, then trek the spectacular shoreline past Limanağzı and Üzüm İskelesi, where turquoise coves invite a swim at almost every turn. The route leads on through the Kekova region to the sunken ruins of Aperlai and the waterside village of Üçağız, blending moderate daily hikes with authentic village life.
A highlight is the boat trip over the famous Sunken City of Kekova and the climb to the castle of Simena (Kaleköy), followed by coastal trails to Gökkaya Bay, the ancient harbour of Andriake and the town of Demre. The adventure ends at the great cliff-cut rock tombs and Roman theatre of Myra and the Lycian Civilizations Museum. With two nights in comfortable hotels and two in seaside bungalows, trail lunches, luggage transfers and a licensed guide, it is a perfect balance of nature, history and Mediterranean coastal beauty for active travellers who want the trail to themselves.

You are met at Dalaman Airport (or your hotel) and transferred along the Mediterranean coast to Kaş, where you settle in and receive a full orientation on the Lycian Way, safety and hiking technique from your professional trekking guide. The first warm-up hike climbs from Çukurbağ village across open hillsides to the Sleeping Giant ridge, a panoramic viewpoint over Kaş and the turquoise coastline. Descending to town you visit the ancient Antiphellos Theatre before a seaside sunset. Dinner and overnight by the sea at Büyükçakıl Beach. Distance about 11 km, ascent around 470 m, moderate.
After breakfast you follow one of the most beautiful coastal sections of the Lycian Way. The trail winds past hidden coves and crystal-clear bays, including Limanağzı — reachable only on foot or by boat — then Çoban Beach and Ufakdere, with turquoise water, rugged cliffs and plenty of swimming stops. You finish the day at the peaceful bay of Üzüm İskelesi, where dinner and overnight are in a seaside bungalow. Distance about 14 km, ascent around 180 m, moderate.
A short transfer takes you to Boğazcık village, where the hike into the spectacular Kekova region begins. Following the Sıcak Peninsula you reach the partly submerged ruins of the ancient Lycian city of Aperlai, passing rock-cut tombs and seaside necropolises along the way. The day ends in the charming waterside village of Üçağız, where you stay overnight in a local guesthouse. Distance about 13 km, ascent around 380 m, easy to moderate.
After breakfast you board a boat from Üçağız harbour and glide over the famous Sunken City of Kekova, whose submerged Lycian ruins shimmer beneath crystal-clear water. You stop at Simena (Kaleköy), reachable only by sea, to climb to its medieval castle above traditional stone houses. The boat then carries you to Gökkaya Bay where the trail resumes, passing Çayağzı Beach and the ancient harbour of Andriake before transferring to your hotel in Demre. Dinner and overnight in Demre. Distance about 14 km, ascent around 120 m, moderate.
After breakfast you visit the impressive ancient city of Myra, famous for its rock-cut tombs carved into the cliff face and its well-preserved Roman theatre, then the Lycian Civilizations Museum at Andriake, which brings the region's rich history to life. Depending on your flight schedule you are transferred to Dalaman Airport, where this unforgettable journey along the Lycian coast comes to an end. Short walk of about 3 km, easy.
