My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
Three days aboard a traditional wooden gulet along the most beautiful stretch of the Turkish Mediterranean, sailing from the laid-back harbour town of Kas to the pine-fringed shore below Olympos. This shared cabin cruise trades roads for turquoise water, dropping anchor in quiet bays to swim and snorkel, drifting over the half-submerged ruins of the Kekova Sunken City and tying up beneath the Byzantine castle of Simena. Arranged through Inca Tour, a TURSAB-licensed operator, with an experienced captain and crew, meals aboard and English spoken on board, it is the simplest way to live the Lycian coast at sea level.
The cruise begins at Kas, a whitewashed harbour town where you board your gulet in the early afternoon and sail west toward Kalkan before dropping anchor in Aquarium Bay, named for its astonishingly clear water. The second day is the heart of the voyage: you cross to Kekova Island and drift above the Sunken City, the Lycian settlement whose staircases and foundations lie just beneath the surface, then moor below Simena Castle and its tiny village, reachable only by sea.
Nights are spent at anchor in sheltered coves such as Gokkaya Bay, with time to swim, snorkel, kayak or simply watch the stars from the deck. Full-board meals are prepared fresh in the galley, and the pace is yours to set between swimming stops. On the final morning a last swim precedes disembarkation at Ucagiz, within easy reach of Olympos and the Mediterranean coast road — three days that distil the colour and calm of Turkey's Lycian shore into one unforgettable blue voyage.

You meet your gulet at Kas harbour in the early afternoon and set sail along the coast toward the Kalkan area. After a welcome lunch aboard you drop anchor in Aquarium Bay, with its famously clear water, for an afternoon of swimming and snorkelling. Dinner is served on deck and you spend the night at anchor in the bay.
After breakfast the gulet sails to Kekova Island and glides over the Lycian Sunken City, whose ruins lie just below the water's surface. You moor beneath the Byzantine castle and village of Simena (Kalekoy), with time to swim and explore, before cruising on to Gokkaya Bay. Lunch and dinner are served aboard and you overnight at anchor in Gokkaya Bay.
A relaxed final morning with a last swim in the bay, then breakfast aboard as the gulet returns to Ucagiz harbour for disembarkation around mid-morning, within easy reach of Olympos and the coast road. We wish you a safe onward journey.

My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
