Topkapı Palace

Topkapı Palace served as the royal residence of the Ottoman Empire for nearly 400 years. The palace complex is extensive, requiring several hours to tour thoroughly. A separate ticket provides access to the Harem, a private section containing over 400 elaborately decorated rooms where sultans lived with their families. The site features beautiful Bosphorus views and is located adjacent to Gülhane Park.
