The palace offers glimpses into the imperial life of Ottoman sultans through its well-preserved architecture and historical exhibits, including sections dedicated to holy relics and royal jewels.
The palace complex is extensive, requiring several hours to tour thoroughly. A separate ticket provides access to the Harem, a private section containing over 400 elaborately decorated rooms where sultans lived with their families.
