Mask Museum
About Mask Museum
The Mask Museum is a small gallery located in the Alsancak district of Izmir. Despite its modest size, it features a curated collection of masks from around the world, with exhibits displayed under carefully arranged lighting and accompanied by information tags in both English and Turkish. The museum emphasizes quality over quantity, offering visitors a unique and intimate cultural experience.
Located on Cumhuriyet (1448) Street near the Ataturk Museum, the museum can be found by passing under an arch marked by a Turkish flag at the entrance. Admission is free, and it operates Tuesday through Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. The entrance is set in a narrow alley and can be a little challenging to find.
