Ege University Paper and Book Arts Museum

The Ege University Paper and Book Arts Museum is located in a historic mansion in Izmir's Bornova neighbourhood, at Gençlik Caddesi No:4. This specialized museum focuses exclusively on paper and book-related arts, housing a collection that spans from renowned works such as Matisse's paper art to traditional paper dolls. It is open Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimal admission fee.

The museum occupies one of Izmir's restored old mansions and includes a large garden. Its collection appeals particularly to those interested in paper arts and bookbinding traditions, offering a wide range of artifacts to explore. The Turkish museum card is also accepted for entry.
