Deniz Tesisleri is a bungalow resort in Meydan, a coastal village of the Samandağ district in Hatay, in the far south-eastern corner of the Turkish Mediterranean. The property is laid out as a group of wooden chalets with pitched roofs, small front porches and white picket fences, set on lawns among palm trees and reeds. The centre of Samandağ is about 6 km away, and the Roman-era Vespasian Titus Tunnel and the fishing harbour of Çevlik lie about 11 km to the north.

The resort has an open-air restaurant area with tables on the lawn and a covered dining pavilion facing the sea, as well as wooden gazebos with picnic tables between the chalets.

Accommodation is in the wooden chalets themselves. The interiors are clad in pine and arranged on two levels, with a sofa, a table and a kettle on the ground floor and a sleeping loft with a double bed under the roof.
