This fifteen-day holiday combines a resort stay in Bodrum with a classic Turkish blue cruise. The first and last parts are spent at a beach hotel with breakfast and dinner; in between you spend seven nights aboard a traditional wooden gulet with all meals served on deck, sailing the quiet bays of the Gulf of Gökova.
The Bodrum days start gently with a traditional hamam – a scrub, a foam massage and a glass of tea – and include a half-day visit to a mountain village behind the resort, where you see the teahouse, the mosque and village homes, taste home cooking and watch women weaving kilims. The remaining days are free for the beach and the town, or for optional extras such as an off-road jeep safari across the peninsula, a day at the Bodrum aqua park or a Turkish night with folk dances and belly dancing.
On the cruise the boat sets out from Bodrum harbour for Black Island and its warm mineral grotto, then anchors in pine-fringed bays such as Çatı, the Seven Islands with the sweetgum forest of Küfre, Longoz and the village of Karacasöğüt near Marmaris. Further highlights are Cleopatra (Sedir) Island with its legendary golden beach, English Harbour, where British boats hid during the Second World War, and Akbük and Çökertme before the return to Bodrum.
Airport transfers, the hotel stay, the cruise with full board, the guided hamam and village tour and hotel taxes are included; flights, drinks and the optional activities are extra.

A free day, or spend it at the Bodrum aqua park from 10:00, with around 25 slides, wave and activity pools, a lazy river and a jacuzzi (payments inside the park are made with a top-up card). Dinner and overnight in Bodrum.

After breakfast cruise about an hour to Karaada (Black Island), opposite Bodrum, for a swim and a dip in its warm mineral spring. After lunch sail three to four hours to Çatı, a quiet bay surrounded by pines on the southern shore of the gulf. Dinner and overnight on board.
A short 1.5-hour cruise brings you to the Seven Islands area. In Küfre Bay, take a walk through the rare sweetgum (Liquidambar) forest; dinner may be a barbecue on deck. Overnight on board.
Cruise about 1.5 hours to Longoz Bay, then continue in the afternoon to Karacasöğüt, a small village roughly 30 km from Marmaris. After dinner you can arrange a minibus to spend the evening in Marmaris. Overnight on board.
Sail to Sedir (Cleopatra) Island, where legend says the fine sand of its little beach was shipped from North Africa for Cleopatra. Late in the afternoon anchor in Değirmenbükü, near the cove known as English Harbour, where British torpedo boats sheltered during the Second World War. Overnight on board.
Head across to Akbük on the gulf's north shore for swimming and water sports, then cruise about two hours to Çökertme Bay. Dinner and overnight on board.
Sail back towards Bodrum with swimming stops at Oraklar and/or Çiftlik and possibly Tavşanburnu. The last dinner is served on board in Bodrum harbour, where you spend the night.
Disembark after breakfast and transfer back to your hotel. Enjoy a free day for the beach and last-minute shopping. Dinner and overnight in Bodrum.
