After free time in the centre you visit the Tales Mathematics Museum, the first of its kind in Turkey, where interactive stations make numbers and geometry approachable for children and adults alike.
Day three is all about flavour. At a local restaurant you join a professional cooking lesson built around three local specialities: Yuvarlama, Keskek and tahini pita bread. You prepare the recipes step by step and then sit down to the lunch you have cooked, before an afternoon of free time and shopping in the city centre. The following morning you are taken to a hamam, the traditional Turkish bath that is still part of daily life throughout the country; the exact timing depends on your preference and the bath's opening hours. The rest of that day is free, and on the final morning you are driven back to the airport.

On arrival at Aydin Cildir Airport you are welcomed and transferred to your hotel in the city. After check-in and handing over of your room key, the remainder of the day is free for you to spend as you like. You might take an unhurried walk to get your bearings in the centre or stay at the hotel and recover from the flight. After breakfast your guide meets you at the hotel and you head to the centre of Aydin. Your first stop is the Aydin Archeology Museum, home to regional finds in stone, glass and terracotta as well as coins and pieces of mosaic floor. You continue to the Suleyman Bey Mosque, an Ottoman mosque of 1683 restored in 1956. Free time in the city centre follows, and in the afternoon you visit the Tales Mathematics Museum, Turkey's first maths museum, whose stations cover everything from basic school topics to higher mathematics. You are then driven back to your hotel.
Once you have had breakfast, you are collected from the hotel and taken to a local restaurant for a professional cooking lesson.
