My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
This rafting day trip from Cappadocia swaps fairy chimneys for white water on the Zamanti River near Yahyali in Kayseri province, where the river cuts a deep blue canyon through the Taurus foothills. Pickup from hotels in Goreme, Avanos or Urgup, transport, professional rafting guides, safety gear, a basic rafting lesson and a riverside buffet lunch are all included, so you only need to bring your sense of adventure.
After changing into your gear, a short class teaches you the essentials of paddling and safety before you set off through the blue canyon of the Zamanti. Guided by experienced instructors, you steer the raft through rapids, ride over waves and slip between rocks, surrounded by towering canyon walls. No previous rafting experience is required, which makes this outdoor excursion a great active addition to a Cappadocia holiday for friends, couples and adventurous families.
Midway along the river you stop on the bank for a buffet lunch and a rest in the shade. Afterwards, if time and conditions allow, the group visits Kapuzbasi Waterfall, a series of spectacular falls pouring out of the rock face, one of the best-known natural sights of the region. In the evening you are driven back to your hotel in Cappadocia, tired and happy after a day of nature, teamwork and adrenaline.

Zamanti Rafting Programme Early in the morning you are collected from your hotel in the Goreme, Avanos or Urgup area and driven south to Yahyali in Kayseri province, the starting point of the rafting run on the Zamanti River. On arrival you receive your rafting equipment and change, then take part in a short lesson that covers the basic paddling commands and safety rules. With your guides at the helm, you set off through the dramatic blue canyon of the Zamanti, manoeuvring the raft through rapids, riding over waves and dodging rocks beneath sheer cliffs that rise to great heights. Around the middle of the route you pull in at a riverside stop for a buffet lunch on the bank and a well-deserved rest. After lunch, if time and river conditions allow, you continue to Kapuzbasi Waterfall, one of the most famous waterfall groups in Turkey, where water cascades directly out of the rock face. At the end of the day you are transferred back to your hotel in Cappadocia.

My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
