A Golf Week Beside the Faldo Course

This package is made for golfers who want to stay right next to the course. Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort & Spa sits on the Mediterranean shore in Belek, Antalya's golf capital, beside the 27-hole championship layout of Cornelia Golf Club designed by Sir Nick Faldo. You spend seven nights on an ultra all-inclusive basis, with a special golf package and airport transfers included.

The Faldo course is set among stone pines and sandy slopes, and its 27 holes can be played as three different 18-hole combinations, which keeps a week of golf varied. Between rounds the resort's own beach, pools and spa make it easy to recover, and the mild climate means play is possible for most of the year.

The resort is large – around 200,000 m² of grounds and 575 rooms, renovated in 2008 – with ten bars, two main restaurants, a nightclub, a games room and a TV lounge. Services include a café, a hair salon, a newspaper stand, currency exchange and a 24-hour reception; families have a kids' club and playground. Room service and laundry are charged separately.

Belek itself is about 35 km east of Antalya Airport, so transfers are short. Non-golfing partners have plenty to do: the long sandy beach, the spa, and – arranged locally if you wish – excursions to the Roman theatre of Aspendos, the ancient city of Perge or the harbour town of Side, all within easy reach of the resort.

The holiday is self-guided: you are met at Antalya Airport, transferred to the resort and left free to plan your days between the fairways, the beach and the spa, with a transfer back to the airport at the end of the week.
