My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
Sail the most beautiful stretch of Turkey's Turquoise Coast on this classic 3 day Olympos to Oludeniz blue cruise, a relaxed gulet voyage that drifts westward along the Lycian shore from the pine-clad ruins of Olympos to the famous Blue Lagoon of Oludeniz. Over three days and two nights aboard a traditional wooden gulet you swim in crystal-clear bays, glide above the eerie sunken city of Kekova, wander the castle village of Kalekoy, explore the fishing town of Kas and finish beneath the paragliders of Babadag at Oludeniz. With all meals, your cabin and an easygoing pace included, this blue cruise is the perfect way to unwind and see the hidden coves that no road can reach.
The route threads together some of the Mediterranean's most legendary anchorages — Demre, the ancient Myra and home of St Nicholas; the Kekova sunken city with its half-submerged Lycian ruins; Simena (Kalekoy) with its crusader castle rising straight from the sea; the turtle-breeding waters of Gokkaya Bay; the lively harbour of Kas with its ancient theatre and the Antiphellos ruins; the whitewashed town of Kalkan; the free-swimming paradise of Butterfly Valley beneath the slopes of Babadag; and finally the iconic Oludeniz Blue Lagoon. It is a journey through Lycian history, turtle habitats and postcard-perfect swimming stops in equal measure.
You sleep aboard a traditional Turkish gulet in a comfortable twin, double, triple or quad cabin, each with its own private bathroom and shower; linen and bath towels are provided, and couples can request a double cabin in advance. Days are spent swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing on deck between anchorages, while the crew prepares freshly cooked meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea are all included, with drinking water throughout and a bar on board for extra drinks. The cruise is self-guided and deliberately unhurried, with a maximum of 20 guests, making it ideal for travellers who want to switch off and let the Turquoise Coast set the rhythm. Children aged 7 and over are welcome.
Your full program, day by day — click a day to see every stop.
Your blue cruise begins with pickup from your Olympos accommodation around 10:00, with a further collection at Demre bus station around midday. From the harbour at Ucagiz village you board your gulet and settle in as lunch is served on deck. The afternoon is dedicated to the highlight of the Lycian coast — the Kekova sunken city, where you sail slowly above the half-submerged ruins of an ancient Lycian settlement (swimming and diving are not permitted over the protected ruins). You then stop at Kalekoy (Simena), where there is time to hike up to the medieval castle for panoramic views over the bay. As evening falls the gulet anchors for the night in peaceful Gokkaya Bay, a renowned sea-turtle breeding ground, where dinner is served on board under the stars. (Meals: lunch, dinner.)
After breakfast you cruise toward Kas, a laid-back fishing village with an ancient Hellenistic theatre and the ruins of ancient Antiphellos. You have free time ashore to explore the lanes, shops and cafes, and there is an optional scuba-diving excursion available for those who want to discover what many consider the best diving in southern Turkey. Back on board, the gulet cruises on past the elegant town of Kalkan before dropping anchor for the night at Aquarium Bay, famous for its exceptionally clear water — perfect for an evening swim or snorkel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served on board. (Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.)
On the final morning you set sail with the great bulk of Babadag mountain rising ahead. You stop at Butterfly Valley, a dramatic steep-sided canyon where you can swim freely in the turquoise water and, if you wish, hike up toward the waterfall. The cruise then arrives at the celebrated Oludeniz Blue Lagoon, where you may spot paragliders drifting down from the 2,000-metre summit of Babadag. The voyage concludes at Oludeniz beach, where transfers are provided to your onward destination. (Meals: breakfast, lunch.)

My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
