The Cappadocia Living Heritage Museum (Kapadokya Yasayan Miras Muzesi) is a cultural institution in Avanos, in Turkey's Nevsehir Province, dedicated to preserving and transmitting intangible cultural heritage to future generations. It operates within the framework of the 2003 UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage and showcases the authentic traditions and practices of the Cappadocia region.
Its exhibitions feature a wide range of cultural elements, including traditional Cappadocian tales, the semah ritual, folk cuisine, handicrafts, social customs, the Karagoz shadow puppet theater, Avanos carpet-making techniques, wedding traditions and other local practices.
