Oktem Pansiyon is a small, family-friendly guesthouse on 159 Sokak in central Marmaris, tucked into a quiet residential street among olive trees. The location makes it easy to explore the town on foot: Marmaris Castle and the old quarter are about 1.5 km away, Netsel Marmaris Marina is roughly 2 km, and the seafront promenade, shops and restaurants of the town centre are within comfortable walking distance.
