Moni Hotel is a small, family-run hotel in the Çıldır neighbourhood of Marmaris, in the Uzunyalı area, set on a quiet residential street just back from the seafront. The beach is around a five to ten minute walk away, while Marmaris Castle (about 1.3 km) and Netsel Marmaris Marina (about 1.7 km) can be reached on foot in roughly fifteen to twenty minutes, passing the Grand Bazaar on the way. A supermarket and small shops are a couple of minutes from the entrance.

The heart of the hotel is its outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and greenery and overlooked by the balconies of the building.
