Anka Pension is a small, family-run guest house on Avcı Sokak in Kumbahçe, one of the most characterful neighbourhoods of Bodrum town. The pension sits in the quiet back streets just behind the Kumbahçe seafront, so the beach, the waterfront cafés and Bodrum's lively Bar Street are only a short walk away, while the Castle of St. Peter is around 0.7 km from the door. It is a convenient base for travellers who want to explore Bodrum on foot rather than from a large resort outside the centre.

The building is a traditional whitewashed Bodrum house with blue and green painted shutters, wooden balconies and a leafy inner courtyard shaded by climbing plants. Guests share a covered courtyard kitchen and a lounge and TV area, and there is a small bar and lounge corner for relaxing in the evenings. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout, bicycles can be rented to explore the coast, and paid public parking is available nearby for those arriving by car.
