About Nevşehir Hacıbektaş Atatürk House Museum
When Mustafa Kemal Pasha came to Hacıbektaş in December 22nd 1919, Çelebi Cemallettin Efendi hosted him this house and Alevi-Bektashi society gave him their full support in the War of Independence. Mustafa Kemal announced that the regime he would establish will be republic for the first time in this house. This house where Atatürk accommodated is a museum today.
