II. Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi Cumhuriyet Müzesi

The Second Grand National Assembly building served as Turkey's parliament from 1924 to 1960 and now operates as a museum dedicated to the early Republican period. Originally constructed for the Republican People's Party, the structure was converted into a parliamentary meeting place and housed crucial governmental decisions during the nation's foundational years. The building features a large assembly hall with a special presidential box and includes offices for the President, Prime Minister, and other administrative personnel across its multiple floors.

Visitors can experience the preserved atmosphere of the early 20th-century legislative chamber, complete with period furnishings and artifacts. The museum is located adjacent to the First Parliament Building in Ankara's Ulus district, allowing tourists to visit both historical sites in close succession. A wax figure of Atatürk is displayed in the presidential balcony.

The museum operates daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and can be accessed with a museum card or individual ticket.
