Ali Rıza Efendi Kültür Evi

Ali Rıza Efendi Culture House is located in the Yayla neighborhood of Kırklareli, Turkey. This cultural institution occupies a historic old mansion and was established to preserve the city's cultural heritage for both domestic and international visitors, featuring exhibition spaces that showcase the region's history and cultural characteristics.

The ground floor of the mansion contains three rooms, each dedicated to a neighboring country: Bulgaria, Greece, and Montenegro. These spaces highlight the historical connections between Kırklareli and its Balkan neighbors. The venue is open daily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, remaining closed only on Mondays.
