1. TBMM Kurtulus Savasi Muzesi

The First Grand National Assembly building in Ankara served as Turkey's parliament from April 23, 1920 until October 15, 1924. Originally designed as a club building and constructed with public participation during a national mobilization effort, this two-story structure features distinctive Ankara stone walls in Turkish architectural style. The building witnessed pivotal moments in Turkish history, including the adoption of the first constitution, the removal of the sultanate, and the proclamation of the Republic on October 29, 1923.

The structure now operates as a museum dedicated to the War of Independence. Visitors can explore multiple assembly rooms and view artifacts connected to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and the founding period of the Turkish Republic, including the table where the Lausanne Peace Treaty was signed.

Located in the Altındağ district near Ulus Square, the museum operates daily from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, closed only on Mondays.
